To request a refund, email orders@stopyelling.co with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address you used to purchase. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds are processed through Gumroad, our payment platform. The refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

What "30 Days" Means

The 30-day period starts on the date of your purchase confirmation email. Requests received after 30 days may be declined, though we review each case individually.

UK and EU Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. What We Cannot Refund

We are unable to process refunds for:
